Claire's Crafty Creations...

Today I'm featuring just a few samples of the work by Claire at Claire's Crafty Creations.  Aren't the colours on this autumnal card simply beautiful and take a look at the richness and quite spooky feel to this Halloween card.

Claire certainly has the knack of using vibrant colours on her work. I adore the funky and quite unique flowers she uses to embellish her cards.
Here are just a few more cards that I've picked out as being favourites of mine, but do pop over to Claire's blog and check out her fab work for yourself.  I promise that your visit will be well worthwhile.

Kath's Cubbyhole....

Isn't this altered wall hanging just stunning!

How cute is this Xmas Decoration

Morning everyone! Well what can I say about this next lady - Kath is just the nicest, funniest lady you could meet and yes we have in fact met and had a great time discussing all things crafty. Many of you will know Kath already as her craftng skills stretch far and wide. She is a master of the Hero Arts and uses those stamps in the most amazing ways and always leaves me thinking "I'd never have thought of that!!" If you haven't already visited her blog, well! you are in for a treat, her posts are so funny and witty. Now Kath also has a furry helper "The Budster" and he often hijacks her blog and has little giveaways unbeknown to his mum!!

Kath is currently counting down the days until she meets the Lord of The Crafters - the one and only Tim Holtz. She really is a busy lady and will be heading to the SECC in a few days time to demo for Fiskars.

So pull up a chair and prepare to be inspired and entertained. You can visit Kath HERE.

Meet Mariana Grigsby

Hi everyone! It's Anthonette here. I'd like to introduce you to Mariana Grigsby, one of my favorite card designers. This woman's work is seriously a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I love everything she designs; everything!!! I even love her photography skills.

When I asked Mariana to define her style, here's what she said:

"Usually I design my cards according to the images I am using. But I would say that my style is mostly clean and graphic with touches of elegance and fun. I love using eye-catching colors, and I particularly like to add little details like gems, pearls, or stitches."
Mariana's work is definitely as she described. Aaahhhh, lovely!

Here's some of her fun style cards.

So sweet. I love Mariana's attention to detail.

Mariana designs for several companies: Lawn Fawn, Dulces Ideas Disenos, Embellish Magazine, and Jane's Doodles.

I've only shown you a tiny portion of the fabulous designs on Mariana's blog. Please visit her blog today and tell her you saw her on Inspirational. Have a good day!

Just a quick note...

Hi everyone I just want to apologise for not being around as much as usual I am hoping that will change very soon but as I've been awol I haven't been able to publish comments as quickly as I like. I have therefore decided to temporarily remove Comment Moderation on the Inspirational Blogs

This makes me nervous as I do receive a lot of spam comments on both of the Inspirational Blogs so please use your discretion before clicking on any links in the comments section, I have enabled word verification though so hopefully that will help with the spamming

More that 100% sweetness...

I have been meaning to share some of the wonderful creations by Sheri Gilson at Paper Crafty's Creations for some time.  She creates the most fabulous cards incorporating amazing colour combinations and a cleanness of style that I for one truly envy.
Over the years she has cost me a fortune in stamps and digis that I didn't really know I wanted until I saw how she used them.  Just take a look at this fantastic cowboy themed set...

Here's some more cards that are just so...

I could add so many fab cards but then this would be a really long post so if you would like to see more please visit Sheri HERE - I am 100% certain that you won't be disappointed.

Amy's Crafting Confessions

I'd like to introduce Amy Wanford and her wonderful blog Crafting Confessions. Amy describes her style as clean and simple. I love her bright coloured cards and they are beautifully created.

Amy has always loved crafting and got "hooked" on stamping a couple of years ago, well we all know how that feels! She has been published in a few magazines so look out for Amy's work in Cards Magazine too. There was so much beautiful cards it was so hard to choose just a few, but here are some of my favourites...
