I loved this Heart Frame - Wonderful Idea!Well I have been an admirer of Heather's cards for some time, when I saw her latest card I knew it had to be featured here, the colouring of the Magnolia stamp with her Derwent Pastels is just amazing. Heather creates her cards so beautifully and precisely adding her distinctive flair to each one.
