Mothers Day Recipe made with love from Jeanet

When I found Jeanets blog My Scrap Ideas I realised that her creations can all be turned into beautiful gifts for mothers day, her work is charmingly vintage and exquisitely crafted and her blog is full of wonderful ideas...here are some of my favourites.

It is March and Mothers Day will be apon us before we know it. Make sure you have it on your calendar so you can leave yourself enough time to create something handmade and beautiful for the special women in your life.

A gift doesn't have to be expensive to be beautiful. Simply make it with love and care like this adorable box that that the gorgeously talented Jeanet has made and fill it with items you know the recipient will enjoy.

How about this hanging love-heart cushion to show Mum how much you love her........
or a beautiful box with some chocolates, bath salts or a gift voucher inside....... A basket covered in pretty papers and a selection of toiletries cleverly wrapped in cellophane and ribbons to complement the colour scheme.....

or a recycled glass jar that Jeanet has turned into a vintage work of art and can easily be filled with something equally delicious.......(it goes without saying mine would be chocolates...hint...hint)

Well what can I say about this wonderful blog - Gorgeous cards so perfectly created with amazing colour tones. Kim makes the cute images come alive with her talented colouring. I love how she blends inks and distresses round the image. There is just one beautiful card after another and what a job I had choosing my photos they were all screaming out to be shown here!!! Well I happened upon a real gem yesterday - Kimberly has so much beautiful, elegant and clean edged cards my head was spinning trying to choose photos to feature. Wonderfully creative with some yummy baking too! Splashes of bright pinks and lime greens mixed with simple elegant designs there is just so much to see. I went so far back in her blog, I had to stop or there would be no room left here for any more photos!!! LOL

Ann's Beautiful Valentine Creations

Wow! When I was blog hopping the other day, I stopped by at Ann's blog and was amazed of her two Valentine's cards. She puts so many details into her cards and even has matching envelopes! I am so inspired Ann! Thank you;) For the blue card she has made a heart entwined envelope. The hearts she also use on the front of the card and also on the inside! I love how everything matches!! And it's so nice to see a Valentine's card in other colours than red.

The pink card I also LOVE. First of all, Ann has used some beautiful papers form Katie Pertiet. And the way she made this heart envelope with the cute Hanglar girl inside, just blows me away. I also like the cute flower up in the right corner!

Make sure you also take a good look at Ann's other creations on her blog. She is a Guest Designer for Sugar Nellie and makes the most adorable cards;)

Pia's Stunning Layout!

Pia has been featured on Inspirational before but as soon as I saw this jaw droppingly gorgeous layout of her beautiful cat Findus I knew I had to share it with you all.

Just look at those flowers, it's like a paper garden and the hessian background is stunning. I stared at it for ages trying to take everything in.

Pia makes the most amazing creations, how she puts so much together amazes me! It certainly is a unique talent.

I am a huge fan of Donna Mundinger's work. See all her fabulous creations HERE This wonderfully textured and dimensional creation is such an original way to say 'I love you' on Valentine's day, I just had to share it with all of you. She is very clever with the Cricut, look out for her red and black shoe on her blog. Truly inspirational.

Wonderful Scrapping...

I came across this blog a while ago now, and was delighted when the owner, Tania said I could feature her work.

Well this lady's blog is just an absolute joy. Desire lives in South Africa and her blog is just bursting with stories of her life, family and friends not to mention all the beautiful things she creates. Layouts, Cards, Jewellery there is no end to Desire's talents. I remember the first time I visited her blog and was just in awe at the wonderful pictures and tales of family life - Such a breath of fresh air to read...

Her cards are so beautifully created with her own distinctive style and she was recently commissioned to make this wonderful watch and bracelet set I am also featuring today.
